Chicken Tender Asian Salad
This bright salad freshens up meal time with crisp veggies and juicy chicken tenders.
Chicken tenders, from the deli, sliced and warmed
Napa cabbage head, chopped
Ramen noodles, crushed
Red bell pepper, diced
Sesame ginger dressing
In a large bowl toss together the cabbage, noodles, bell peppers and carrots.
Pour the dressing into the cabbage mixture and toss until fully incorporated.
Portion into four bowls and portion the chicken tender slices over the top. Serve while the chicken is warm.
