Chicken Shawarma Bowl

This meal is packed with big flavor, but is quick and easy to make.


2 cups

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, chopped and warmed

8 cups


1/2 cup

Cucumber ranch dressing

1/2 cup

Cherry tomatoes, quartered

1/2 cup

Cucumbers, peeled and chopped

2 tsp.

Tandoori rub


  1. In a large mixing bowl toss the mixed greens and dressing together. Portion out the greens into 4 bowls.

  2. Combine the tandoori rub with the chicken in a medium size bowl. Mix until combined. Reserve.

  3. Garnish with equal parts in each bowl: tomatoes, cucumbers and seasoned chicken.
