Chicken Shawarma Bowl
Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, chopped and warmed
Cucumber ranch dressing
Cherry tomatoes, quartered
Cucumbers, peeled and chopped
In a large mixing bowl toss the mixed greens and dressing together. Portion out the greens into 4 bowls.
Combine the tandoori rub with the chicken in a medium size bowl. Mix until combined. Reserve.
Garnish with equal parts in each bowl: tomatoes, cucumbers and seasoned chicken.
