Chicken Ranch Pasta Salad
Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded
Penne pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
Medium zucchini, chipped
Medium yellow squash, chopped
Green bell pepper, chopped
Red bell pepper, chopped
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Ranch-style salad dressing
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Then combine chicken, pasta, zucchini, squash and peppers together in large bowl.
Combine cheese and dressing in small bowl. Pour over chicken and pasta mixture. Toss to coat. Chill before serving.
Spoon salad onto lettuce leaves on individual serving plates. Serve with bakery rolls.
