Chicken Queso Dip
Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded
Green bell pepper
|1, 10 oz. can|
Diced tomatoes with green chilies

Heat oil in a skillet. Add green bell pepper and white onion.
Stir in the rotisserie chicken, shredded.
Once heated and cooked through, set aside.
In a large saucepan, add Velveeta® cheese, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes. Heat until creamy.
Stir in the bell pepper, onions, and chicken.
Serve with tortilla chips.
