Chicken Provolone Croissant
Great taste with sliced chicken lunchmeat, crispy lettuce, provolone and fresh avocado. This recipe is perfect on a flaky croissant.

6 slices | Chicken lunchmeat, from the deli |

2 | Croissants, sliced in half, lengthwise |
2 slice | Provolone cheese |
2 | Lettuce leaf |
6 slices | Ripe avocado |
2 tsp. | Honey mustard |
Directions
Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat.
Place both pieces of the croissant, cut side down, on the hot skillet and crisp for about 2-3 minutes.
Top grilled croissant with honey mustard, chicken, avocado, lettuce and cheese.
Top with remaining croissant half and serve.
