Chicken Provolone Croissant

Great taste with sliced chicken lunchmeat, crispy lettuce, provolone and fresh avocado. This recipe is perfect on a flaky croissant.

Chicken lunchmeat, from the deli


Croissants, sliced in half, lengthwise

2 slice

Provolone cheese


Lettuce leaf

6 slices

Ripe avocado

2 tsp.

Honey mustard


  1. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat.

  2. Place both pieces of the croissant, cut side down, on the hot skillet and crisp for about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Top grilled croissant with honey mustard, chicken, avocado, lettuce and cheese.

  4. Top with remaining croissant half and serve.
