Chicken tenders, from the deli
Jalapeno peppers - each makes 2 poppers
Bacon, each strip cut in half
Take fresh jalapenos, cut in half and take the seeds out.
Add one teaspoon of cream cheese into each jalapeno half.
Cut chicken tenders into smaller pieces and put a piece on top of each pepper.
Take a strip of bacon that's been cut in half (to make 2 pieces) and wrap around the pepper and chicken, securing with a toothpick.
Then put them on the grill on indirect heat until the peppers are cooked, usually from 15 to 30 minutes.
May also be baked in the oven at 350° Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.
