Chicken, Pears and Pecan Salad
This chicken salad is truly out of the ordinary with a combination of pears and pecans. Complete this recipe with blue cheese crumbles.

1 1/4 cups | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded |
---|---|
1 head | Leaf lettuce, chopped into bite-sized pieces |
2 | Pears, peeled, cored and diced |
5 oz. | Blue cheese, crumbled |
1/4 cup | Green onion, thinly sliced |
1/3 cup | Vinaigrette dressing |
1/2 cup | Pecans, caramelized and chopped |
Directions
Place chicken, lettuce, pears, blue cheese and onions in a large bowl. Toss gently to combine.
Divide salad among 4 serving plates. Drizzle with vinaigrette dressing. Sprinkle with pecans.
Serve with additional dressing on the side and soft bread sticks or crackers.
