Chicken Curry Empanadas
Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, chopped
Frozen green peas, thawed
Mild Indian yellow curry sauce
Prepared pizza dough, raw
Mix together the chicken, peas and sauce together in a medium bowl.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lightly flour a worktable.
Quarter the pizza dough.
Roll out each piece of dough into a thin round circle. Portion the chicken mixture into half of each rolled piece of dough. Fold the unfilled dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
