Chicken Club Dip

America’s favorite sandwich in the form of a crowd-friendly appetizer. This delicious dip calls for rotisserie chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, Colby jack cheese, bacon bits, tomato and seasonings.

Ingredients

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded

1 cup

Light sour cream

3/4 cup

Mayonnaise

1 1/4 cups

Colby jack cheese, shredded

1 cup

Bacon bits

1 cup

Tomato, finely chopped

1/2 tsp.

Onion powder

1/4 tsp.

Salt

Add

Pita chips for dipping

Directions

  1. Mix chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1 cup cheese, 3/4 cup bacon, tomato, onion powder and salt in a mixing bowl.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Before serving, garnish with remaining bacon and cheese.
