Chicken Club

A tried and true sandwich recipe loaded with fresh chicken lunchmeat, bacon and Colby jack cheese.


4 slices

Chicken lunchmeat, from the deli, thick sliced

4 slices

Multi-grain bread

2 slices

Ripe tomato

2 pieces

Iceberg lettuce

2 slices

Colby Jack cheese

2 slices

Cooked bacon




  1. Lightly toast bread slices.

  2. Assemble sandwiches starting by spreading a layer of mayo on one slice of bread. Top with two lunchmeat slices, cheese, lettuce and bacon.

  3. Place another piece of bread, one side with mayo, on top. Place the remaining chicken, sliced tomato, cheese and the remaining bread on top to finish.

  4. Slice in half and serve.
