Chicken Calzone

This zesty Italian favorite is a fun dish to make from the comfort of your own home.



Rotisserie chicken breast, from the deli, chopped

1/2 cup

Pizza dough, rolled out

1 cup

Italian cheese, shredded

1 - 13.25 oz. can

Canned mushrooms, drained

1/2 cup

Marinara sauce, warmed


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Assemble the calzone by putting the chicken, mushrooms and cheese into the middle of the pizza dough. Fold the pizza crust into the center to wrap the chicken/mushroom/cheese completely with dough.

  3. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Serve with warmed marinara sauce.
