Cheesy Chicken Avocado Panini
Chicken lunchmeat, from the deli, sliced
Large basil leaves
Sharp cheddar cheese
Ripe avocado, sliced thin
Thin tomato slices
Heat a panini press or skillet to medium heat.
Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread. Spread 1 tsp. of mayo on each slice of bread (unbuttered side) and top with basil leaf.
Layer cheese, chicken, avocado and tomato on one slice of bread and cover with the other bread slice, mayo side in.
Place on panini press or grill in skillet until cheese melts.
