Cable Car Sandwich

A yummy sandwich served on sourdough, this recipe calls for fresh chicken tenders from the deli, blue cheese dressing, cucumbers and red bell peppers.

Chicken tenders, from the deli

4 slices

Sourdough bread

4 Tbsp.

Blue cheese dressing

1/4

Small cucumber, thinly sliced

1

Red bell pepper, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Place tenders on a baking sheet. Heat at 350° Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes, or until warmed through.

  2. For each sandwich, spread half of dressing on one slice of bread. Top with two tenders, then 1/2 of the cucumber and half of the pepper strips.

  3. Finish with a second slice of bread.
