Buffalo Shredded Chicken Dip

Fans of buffalo wings will love this dip variation on the party pleaser! Put it in a slow cooker for later or mix it and make it fast in the microwave. Shredded rotisserie chicken completes this recipe. 

Ingredients

3 cups

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded

8 oz.

Cream cheese, room temp

1/2 cup

Ranch dressing

1/2 cup

Cayenne pepper sauce

1/2 cup

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Add

Tortilla chips for dipping

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing and pepper sauce until smooth.

  2. Add in cheese and chicken. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, continue in microwave for 90 seconds and stir again.

  3. Continue in 1 minute intervals until dip is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.

  4. May be mixed in an oven safe baking dish and baked for 20 minutes at 350° Fahrenheit or mixed in a slow cooker and heated on low for several hours.
