Buffalo Chicken Wing Burger

A delicious burger recipe with blue cheese, celery, crispy french onions and buffalo boneless wings served on a bun with spicy Cajun oven fries. 

Ingredients

Buffalo boneless wings, from the deli

4

Hamburger buns

4 tsp.

Mayo

4 Tbsp.

Blue cheese, crumbled

4 Tbsp.

Crispy french onions

3

Stalks of celery, sliced thinly

4

Leaves of romaine lettuce

Large Idaho potatoes, sliced in to the french fry shape of your choice

2 Tbsp.

Olive oil

1 Tbsp.

Cajun seasoning

1/2 tsp.

Salt (if not included in Cajun seasoning)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. In a medium sized plastic bag toss the potato slices with the olive oil, Cajun seasoning and salt until potatoes are coated evenly.

  3. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for an additional 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and fork tender.

  4. For each burger, smear 1 tsp. of the mayo on the bottom of the bun. Layer the celery, lettuce, 4-5 wings, crumbled blue cheese, crispy french onions and cover with the top half of the bun.

  5. Serve immediately with fries.
