Buffalo Chicken Wing Burger
Boneless wings, from the deli, Original or Buffalo
Blue cheese, crumbled
Crispy french onions
Stalks of celery, sliced thinly
Leaves of romaine lettuce
Large Idaho potatoes, sliced in to the french fry shape of your choice
Salt (if not included in Cajun seasoning)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a medium sized plastic bag toss the potato slices with the olive oil, Cajun seasoning and salt until potatoes are coated evenly.
Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for an additional 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and fork tender.
For each burger, smear 1 tsp. of the mayo on the bottom of the bun. Layer the celery, lettuce, 4-5 wings, crumbled blue cheese, crispy french onions and cover with the top half of the bun.
Serve immediately with fries.
