Buffalo Chicken Stacks

An elegant, stacked dish with the popular flavors of your favorite buffalo wings! Make this recipe complete with the addition of rice.



Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded

1 cup

Long grain white rice, prepared according to package directions

1/4 cup

Ranch salad dressing

1/4 cup

Buffalo flavored sauce

1/2 cup

Diced celery

2 tsp.

Olive oil

8 oz.

Sour cream


Salt and pepper


  1. Use biscuit cutter, egg ring, or tuna can with both ends cut out to mold stacks.

  2. Combine chicken with Buffalo flavored sauce and set aside.

  3. Prepare rice according the the package and mix cooked rice, celery, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Combine Ranch salad dressing with sour cream.

  5. Begin assembling; pack some of rice in mold and put on plate, pack Buffalo chicken mixture in mold and place on top of rice.

  6. Place a dollop of ranch cream on top and serve.
