Buffalo Chicken Pillows

Crescent rolls form a tender pillow of pastry around diced, rotisserie chicken in a buffalo spiced cheese filling to complete this recipe. It's fun for a snack and delicious for a party!


1 cup

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, diced

1, 8 oz. can

Crescent rolls

1/4 cup

Hot sauce

1/4 cup

Shredded mozzarella cheese

3 Tbsp.

Cream cheese, room temperature


Ranch dressing, for dipping


  1. Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Divide crescent rolls into 4 rectangles and press together the perforations to seal.

  2. Run a knife through the chicken to make it more finely diced. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, hot sauce and cheeses until thoroughly combined.

  3. On a baking sheet place each pastry rectangle. Scoop a heaping Tbsp. of the mixture and place in the center of the pastry. Fold over to form a square and with a fork, pinch all of the edges together to completely seal.

  4. Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
