Broccoli Ham Mac and Cheese

Packed with ham, broccoli and cheese, this is a tasty switch up from the classic mac and cheese recipe.


4 oz.

Ham lunchmeat, from the deli, cut into cubes

16 oz.

Macaroni and cheese, from the deli

1 cup

Frozen broccoli florets, thawed

1/2 cup

Crushed Ritz crackers

2 Tbsp.

Butter, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Empty the package of mac and cheese into a bowl.

  2. Mix in ham and broccoli and pour into a small greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top and pour melted butter over top.

  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until top is golden and crunchy and casserole is heated through.
