Breakfast Chicken & Biscuits
Chicken tenders, from the deli
Buttermilk biscuits, sliced
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
On a baking sheet place the biscuits outside down and place a portion of the cheese on the top of each biscuit slice. Place a chicken tender on the bottom portion of the four biscuits. Place the biscuits in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
While the biscuits are baking, cook the eggs individually to the desired yolk firmness. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the egg on top of the tender the finishing the sandwich with the top portion of the biscuit. Serve warm.
