Breakfast Chicken Skillet

Start the day off right with this fresh breakfast idea.


2 cups

Boneless wings, from the deli

2 Tbsp.

Vegetable oil

2 cups

Hash browns, frozen



1 cup

Cheddar cheese, shredded


Green onions, sliced


  1. Using a large cast iron skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the hash browns, spread evenly over the bottom of the pan and cook for 3 minutes.

  2. Add the wings to the skillet, then crack the eggs over the wings and hash browns. Sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese and green onions. Cover, cook on low, for 5 - 7 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes so the hash browns release from the pan easily.
