Boneless Chicken Wing Bowl
This boneless chicken wing bowl is fun and easy to make. It goes great as a dinner for the whole family or is easy to pack for lunch.

1 lb. | Boneless chicken wings, from the deli |

2 cups | Quinoa |
1/2 | White onion |
1 | Red bell peper |
1 | Green bell pepper |
1 tsp. | Olive oil |
1, 8 oz. bag | Mexican cheese; shredded |
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet. Add green bell pepper and white onion.
Once heated and cooked through, set aside.
In a large saucepan, add Mexican cheese mix, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes. Heat until creamy.
Stir in the bell pepper, onions, and chicken.
Serve with tortilla chips.
