Boneless Chicken Wing Bowl

This boneless chicken wing bowl is fun and easy to make. It goes great as a dinner for the whole family or is easy to pack for lunch.

Boneless chicken wings, from the deli

2 cups

Quinoa

1/2

White onion

1

Red bell peper

1

Green bell pepper

Olive oil

1, 8 oz. bag

Mexican cheese; shredded

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet. Add green bell pepper and white onion.

  2. Stir in the rotisserie chicken, shredded.

  3. Once heated and cooked through, set aside.

  4. In a large saucepan, add Mexican cheese mix, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes. Heat until creamy.

  5. Stir in the bell pepper, onions, and chicken.

  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
