Boneless Wing Banh Mi
Boneless wings, from the deli, warmed
Mini cucumbers, sliced
Toast the French rolls lightly.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayo and giardiniera until combined. Reserve.
Assemble the sandwiches by spreading a portion of the mayo on each side of the toasted buns. Put 4 boneless wings on each roll. Portion slices of cucumber over the entire sandwich. Finish the sandwich by placing cilantro over the top. Serve while the boneless wings are still warm.
