Boneless Wing Banh Mi

Boneless wings, from the deli, warmed

French rolls

1/2 cup

Mayo

2 Tbsp.

Hot giadiniera

Mini cucumbers, sliced

1/2 cup

Cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Toast the French rolls lightly.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayo and giardiniera until combined. Reserve.

  3. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading a portion of the mayo on each side of the toasted buns. Put 4 boneless wings on each roll. Portion slices of cucumber over the entire sandwich. Finish the sandwich by placing cilantro over the top. Serve while the boneless wings are still warm.
