Baked Sweet Potatoes & Boneless Wings
Boneless wings, from the deli, sliced in half
Green onions, sliced thin
Honey glazed pecans
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Wrap the sweet potatoes individually in foil. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, salt, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Reserve.
Unwrap the sweet potatoes from the foil and slice through the middle, opening up the insides.
Pour the sour cream evenly on the four potatoes. Garnish them with the boneless wings, pecans and green onions. Serve warm.
