Baked Sweet Potatoes & Boneless Wings

Comfort food is only a few steps away. Delicious baked sweet potatoes topped with boneless wings coated in a sweet cinnamon and sugar sauce is a sure way to make the whole family happy.



Boneless wings, from the deli, sliced in half

4 large

Sweet potatoes

1/4 cup

Sour cream

1/4 tsp


1/4 tsp


1 Tbsp

Maple syrup

1/4 cup

Green onions, sliced thin

1/4 cup

Honey glazed pecans


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Wrap the sweet potatoes individually in foil. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.

  3. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, salt, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Reserve.

  4. Unwrap the sweet potatoes from the foil and slice through the middle, opening up the insides.

  5. Pour the sour cream evenly on the four potatoes. Garnish them with the boneless wings, pecans and green onions. Serve warm.
