Asian Chicken Noodle Bowl

A delicious Asian-inspired recipe for the family packed with boneless wings, angel hair noodles, spinach and garlic.


1 lb.

Boneless wings, from the deli

3, 14 oz. cans

Chicken broth

1/4 tsp.


1/8 tsp.


2 tsp.

Vegetable oil


Cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbsp.

Soy sauce

8 oz.

Dry angel hair pasta

1, 5 oz. bag

Baby spinach


  1. Reheat chicken in a 350° Fahrenheit oven until hot or warm in microwave on high 2-3 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a 2-quart stock pot over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, cook, stirring 1 minute. Add the broth, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

  3. Add the pasta. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Stir in the spinach until just wilted.

  4. Pour noodle mixture into a large serving bowl. Top with chicken.

  5. Ladle individual servings into deep bowls and top with the chicken and thinly sliced green onions.
