Apple, Brie, Walnut & Rotisserie Chicken Flatbread
Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded
Ready made pizza dough
Apple, thinly sliced
Pre-heat oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
Roll out the dough to desired thickness and slice into two rectangular pieces.
Place on a cornmeal dusted cookie sheet and brush each piece lightly with olive oil.
Layer the cheese, chicken, apples and walnuts on top of the dough.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is crispy and brown.
