Almond Cranberry Chicken Bibb Lettuce Cups

2 tsp | Spicy brown mustard |
1 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
1/2 cup | Mayo |
1 rib | Celery, chopped |
2 Tbsp | Cranberries |
3 Tbsp | Honey toasted almonds |
1 head | Bibb or butter lettuce |
Directions
Mix together the onion, mustard, and lemon juice together and let rest for 5 minutes.
Mix in the remaining ingredients except lettuce. Mix until combined.
