A Different Omelet
A fun and easy omelet, this dish is perfect for a nice weekend breakfast or dinner too. Make your omelet recipe uniquely yours with mushrooms, sweet peppers, zucchini or other veggies.
Chicken tenders, from the deli, chopped
|4 to 6|
|2 to 3 slices|
|1/4 cup slices|
Chopped sweet onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Beat the eggs and the milk together.
Heat a non-stick frying pan on med heat. Pour in the eggs and lightly season.
Lay the mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, onion and chicken on top of the cooking eggs.
Lay the cheese on top of the chicken.
Once the cheese has begun to melt, fold one half of the eggs over the other and cook for 45 seconds more.
Slide the omelet on to a plate and garnish with the tomatoes.
