Q: What browsers are recommended to best view DeliAnytime.com?
A: The site was optimized for modern web browsers such as Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer 7 or higher. The site will work in Chrome and Opera, but is not optimized for these browsers.
Q: How can I change my profile picture?
A: Go to your “my favorites” page and click the “user settings” tab. The registration fields will autofill. Enter your password at the bottom of the first page and click next. Continue to click next until you are on the final page of the registration forms and you will see the upload interface. Simply select a photo from your computer hard drive, then complete the Captcha form and click submit. Your new photo will replace the previous photo (or avitar) throughout the site.
Q: I didn’t upload a photo with my recipe. Can I add it later?
A: No. Once the recipe is uploaded, you can not add a photo.
Q: Why can’t I post on the forums?
A: You must be fully opted into the site to post on the DeliAnytime Forums. You may be registered but not opted in.
To check, go to your “my favorites” page, then click the “user settings” tab. The registration fields will autofill with the information you registered with. If the box is not checked, check it, and click next. This will take you to a two-page questionnaire. Complete each page and submit. You are then fully opted into the community and may begin posting.
Q: How do I save or delete my favorite recipes?
A: You must be registered to save recipes to your favorites page. To begin to save recipes you must be logged in. Then, when you are viewing a recipe, just click “add to favorites.” Then, to access your favorites page, click the “my favorites” tab at the top of any page. To delete a recipe from your favorites, go to your favorites page and click the delete button.
Q: I have a question or problem with a Tyson recipe. What do I do?
A: If you have serious questions or concerns about a Tyson recipe, or feel that it is incorrect, you may use the contact us form to alert us, and we will correct the recipe or remove it.
Q: I tried a user submitted recipe and didn’t like it. What can I do?
A: You may rate any recipe on the site, and share a review of your experience making the dish. If you have constructive suggestions for improving the dish, feel free to share them in your review. Tyson does not test every recipe, and therefore can’t guarantee any user submitted recipe.
Q: What are Tyson Deli products?
A: Tyson provides restaurant quality food products to supermarket and grocery deli departments nationwide. They can be found both in the hot prepared foods case (where you find rotisserie chicken), in the cold “grab and go” area, and the cold foods deli case. This site is devoted to these products.
Q: How do I report a problem on your site?
A: We are sorry if you have had a problem while using our site. We appreciate your help to resolve them! Please use the contact form, and email us the details of the problem. Include information about your browser, your operating system, and the URL of the page that isn’t working.
Q: Can I change my shopper profile?
A: Yes, you can change your shopper profile at any time. You can go to the main Shopper Profile page on the site, select a profile that’s closer to your style, then click “This is me! Add profile to my user settings” on the Shopper Profile page. You may also retake the quiz at any time to change your Shopper Profile.
Q: I forgot my password, what do I do?
A: Click on “forgot password” below the login panes and your password will be sent to the email you have on file.
Q: I have a problem or question about a Tyson product. Can I submit that here?
